Are your clothes safe to wear on all worksites?

Our gear meets the necessary safety standards for most work environments, but it's important to check with your specific worksite because different places might have their own requirements, e.g. high visibility strips or fire protection.

The item I want is sold out. Can I pre-order?

Hey mate! Sorry to hear the item you're after is sold out. Keep an eye on our website or socials for updates, and if you're keen on a restock, give our customer support a buzz. They'll give you a better idea of when the item will be back in stock. Cheers!

Do you offer a warranty?

Yeah, mate! We've got your back with a warranty for all our gear. Our warranty covers any stuff-ups in manufacturing and materials. If you get something with a defect or issue, give our customer service crew a buzz within the warranty period, and we'll sort you out with either a replacement or a refund. Just remember that the warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear or any damage caused by misusing the product.

What stores can I buy your product from?

At the moment, you can only cop our gear through our online store. But don't worry, we're working on getting into some physical stores in the future. We'll make sure to keep everyone in the loop via our website and socials. So give us a follow to stay up to date.

How do I find out about sales and discounts?

Do you offer refunds?

Bought something and it's not quite, right? Don't stress! We've got you covered with our refund policy.

Here's the deal: if you receive a dud that's faulty, damaged, or just plain wrong, hit us up for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it. No dramas! We’ll even cover shipping. Changed your mind? You can still return your wares. You’ll just have to cover the shipping costs.

Just remember, all returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval, so ensure you send it back to us in its original condition, with all the tags and packaging intact.

How do I exchange my item?

Just contact our customer service crew within 14 days of getting the product. They'll give you all the info you need to send it back. Once we get the product back and take a look, we'll sort out the refund for you. It should be back in your account within 7-14 business days.

My order has not arrived. What do I do?

Sorry to hear that your gear hasn't shown up yet!

Here's what you can do:

  1. Log into your account or give our customer service crew a buzz to check its status.
  2. Get in touch with the delivery company. If the status says it's been shipped, give the delivery company a ring to see where it's hiding.
  3. If you're still in the dark, drop us a line with your order number, and we'll sort you out, no worries.

We go to great lengths to ensure our deliveries are prompt and secure, but if there's a hitch, our customer service crew will sort it out pronto and ensure you get your gear as soon as possible!
