Free shipping on orders over $175 AUD.
Under $175: $10 standard or $15 express.
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and courier for metro areas.
Dispatch: Orders placed before 2pm AWST ship the same business day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.
Delivery times (from dispatch):
- Perth metro: 1–3 business days standard, 1–2 express
- WA regional: 3–7 business days standard, 2–4 express
- East coast metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide): 3–6 business days standard, 1–3 express
- Regional & remote: 5–10 business days
Tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves us.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED — WHAT DO I DO?
First, check the tracking link in your dispatch email or log into your account to see the latest status.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact the carrier directly — their local depot can usually locate it within a day.
If tracking is stale or something doesn't look right, email us with your order number at info@two3rds.com and we'll chase it down from our end.
Lost in transit: If the carrier can't locate your parcel, we'll send a replacement or refund in full — whichever you prefer. You don't pay twice for something that didn't arrive.
