Do you offer refunds?

Bought something and it's not quite, right? Don't stress! We've got you covered with our refund policy.

Here's the deal: if you receive a dud that's faulty, damaged, or just plain wrong, hit us up for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. No dramas! We’ll even cover shipping. Changed your mind on a full-priced item? You can still return it — you’ll just have to cover the shipping costs. EOFY sale items are final sale and can’t be returned for change of mind.

Just remember, all returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval, so ensure you send it back to us in its original condition, with all the tags and packaging intact.

How do I exchange my item?

Just contact our customer service crew within 30 days of getting the product. They'll give you all the info you need to send it back. Once we get the product back and take a look, we'll sort out the refund for you. It should be back in your account within 7-14 business days.

My order has not arrived. What do I do?

Sorry to hear that your gear hasn't shown up yet!

Here's what you can do:

1. Log into your account or give our customer service crew a buzz to check its status.
2. Get in touch with the delivery company. If the status says it's been shipped, give the delivery company a ring to see where it's hiding.
3. If you're still in the dark, drop us a line with your order number, and we'll sort you out, no worries.

We go to great lengths to ensure our deliveries are prompt and secure, but if there's a hitch, our customer service crew will sort it out pronto and ensure you get your gear as soon as possible!

330 GSM of heavyweight cotton-rich fleece, brushed soft on the inside, built to get better the more you wear it. This isn't a hoodie that lives in the back of the wardrobe — it's the one you grab for the early starts, the smoko breaks, and the cold one after knock-off.

Cut on a relaxed unisex pattern with dropped shoulders, a proper two-layer lined hood and a kangaroo pocket roomy enough for your hands, your phone, and whatever else you're carrying. Wears just as well over your work pants as it does with denim at the pub.

Care Cold wash inside out with like colours. Tumble dry low. No bleach. Cool iron if needed. Don't dry clean it — it doesn't need it.
